To Our Valued Patients,
As you are well aware, the next weeks will be a challenging time for all. The physicians, providers and staff at Midwest Center for Dermatology are doing our best to stay abreast of the rapidly changing information surrounding the COVID-19 epidemic.
To this end, we are attempting to protect you, our patients, by limiting your exposure to others by following CDC guidelines for social distancing while maintaining our standard of the highest level of care.
We are converting regular office visits to telehealth visits via the computer, cell phones, iPads, land lines, or via email. We do have some options for emergency, face to face visits. We can determine if these are necessary by phone or video.
If you have a scheduled appointment, expect a call from us to arrange one of these options. If you need an appointment, please call our offices listed below.
How Can I Still Get Care?

Scheduled Appointments: We will call you prior to your scheduled appointment to help you through your visit.
Tele-Health Visits: We are having great success providing care via Face Time, Skype, Google Duo or through emailed photos and the telephone. Our staff is experienced and can walk you through this process.
Face to Face: Situations requiring a face to face appointment with a physician will be available.
Be assured that we are actively sanitizing our facilities throughout the day and screening patients for fever and viral symptoms upon entry to our building.
As we all adjust to our new way of life, we ask for your patience and understanding, but know that we are committed to delivering the highest quality of care.
PLEASE NOTE
Patients on the following biological drugs are requested to call the office immediately for information regarding the use of your medication during the epidemic:
Enbrel, Humira, Cimzia, Stelara, Methotrexate and Cyclosporin
